kablam ThugTom made his hands form a T shape and Mrs Brown nodded.nodded. He took this as the signalsignal that he had permission topermission to go to the toilet. He didnotdidn't  look left or right, he made his way out through the boys' cloakbay,cloakbay, intointo the toilet. As he was washingwashing his hands, he felt a hot breath, breathebreathing down the back of his neck. "What have you got for lunch then, anythinganything I might want?"

Tom movedmoved awayaway from the basin,basin, not dryingdrying his hands this time, just wantingwanting to get back to the safetysafety of his classroomclassroom as quicklyly as possible.possible. Unfortunately,Unfortunately, John was at the cloakbaycloakbay door before him, blockingblocking his sackway out.

"Come on, you little worm, hand it over," he hissedhissed into Tom's ear.

FeelingFeeling his angeranger rise up in his throat so it was ready to choke him, Tom grabbedgrabbed the closestclosest bag he could get to and hit the bully over the head with it, as hard as he could... He could notcouldn't    believe his eyes. John went down like a sack of potatoes,potatoes, straight to the floor.
